Reservations for Summer and/or Winter holidays open very early in the season. To see whether it is possible to make a reservation yet, enter your dates online to see all availability in real time.
Simply use the search facility on our home page: select the town/city, resort, or region and then enter your arrival and departure dates and the number of people in your party – then simply click ‘search’.
To make any changes to your reservation (dates, destination, additional services, number of people etc.), please call us on 04 28 38 48 85 (between 9 am and 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9am to 5pm on Fridays) with your reservation number. To have an account you need to be an existing Terrésens - H&R client. To create an account, simply begin to make your reservation on the website.
You can book lift passes and rent equipment when you book your accommodation. You can also add these options prior to your holiday* by contacting our advisers on 04 28 38 48 85 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your reservation becomes definitive as soon as your payment has been registered:
· 30 days or more prior to departure: a deposit of 25% of total price of your holiday (including taxes),
· 30 days or fewer prior departure: 100% of the total price of the holiday including taxes.

To make a reservation, at least one of the members of your party must be 18 years old or older.

Pets are permitted in most of our apartment complexes, however, the number of pets is limited and an additional charge applies.
You can pay on our secure website, terresens-hr.fr, using a bank card (carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard, or American express) or Chèques Vacances (travel vouchers), or by calling a customer services representative.
Reservations run from Saturday to Saturday. On your arrival date, you may check in after 5pm and you must check out by 10am at the latest on your departure day.
On your arrival, when you check in at the reception desk in your apartment complex a representative will ask you to show them a valid booking confirmation. You will also need to show proof of identity.
As soon as you have paid your deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation with details of the contact person for your apartment complex. If you lose or forget any personal items during your stay, please contact the apartment complex directly. The number for the apartment complex is on your booking confirmation.
Your deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay once the inventory has been taken and providing that the apartment is clean and there has been no damage.

Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively. You may not benefit from any promotional offers announced after you make your reservation.
